I was using ooredoo 5G internet-1TB package for last 2 years.
My internet number was 6032****.
I cancelled this on 30/11/2023
I spoke to your telemarketing agent in phone no-111 and he told me there is a package of 500GB with 7kd per month and the commitment is 12 months.
He also promised me that last 3 months will be free.
I booked this package and he sgreed that SIM will be deliverd to my home address within 48 hours. Unfortunately i didn't received the SIM.
Today I called again to 111, to enquire about the SIM card delivery, and the perswho took yhe phone informed that " my order is cancelled by manager because that package is not available ". I really hot shocked that HOW Ooredoo can go back from their PROMISE".
Again i requested for the same package and he was not ready to give it and told me that there will be 12 months commitment.
But i agreed for the same.
After some time, gentleman cslled from 121 and informed that there is a commitment of 24 months for the same package and not 12 months.
I am really shocked in this.
Pleade do the needful to give the SIM with initial promise, 500GB, 5G internet, 12 monghs commitment and 3 months free.
